Austria will become on Tuesday the first European country to apply mandatory vaccination against COVID to the entire adult population, with the threat of a maximum fine of 3,600 euros per year to anyone who ignores the rule. Other countries have advanced in this line, but only for certain age groups or certain professions: Italy applies it to those over 50 and Greece to those over 60.

Austria se convertirá este martes en el primer país europeo en aplicar la vacunación obligatoria contra la COVID a toda la población adulta, con la amenaza de una multa máxima de 3.600 euros por año a quien ignore la norma.
